Due to COVID-19 and to relieve pressure on NHS 111, Hospitals and Community Nurses, the Surgery will be opening for our normal hours on Friday 10th April and Monday 13th April. Dispensary will be open from 10:00-17:00 on both days.

Doctors are available from 17:00-18:30 on Fridays at Chiddingfold Surgery, but we ask that you call 111 first.

Surgery Closures

Once a month, the dispensary and surgery are closed for an afternoon for staff training between 12:30-16:00. The day varies from month to month but the dates are advertised on the door.

Extended Hours Appointments

We offer a variety of extended hours doctor appointments to accommodate patients who have difficulty attending during normal surgery hours.

The days and times vary from week to week but include:

Monday

Morning: 07:20-08:00
Evening: 18:30-20:45

Saturday

Morning: 08:00-10:20

Out of Hours Service

Between 18:30 and 08:00 Monday to Friday and all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
